Most habit apps guilt you when life gets messy. Flexi-Habit is built for the other 364 days — when you can only do 5 minutes, when you miss a day, when you're not at 100%. It bends so you don't break.

Built by a solo developer who spent 20 years quitting habits — and finally found a system that stuck. Available on iOS & Android. Free to try.
"I'd start strong, miss one day, feel like a failure, and quit. Again and again for 20 years. Every other app made it worse — a broken streak felt like a personal failure. I built Flexi-Habit because I needed something that worked with my life, not against it. It gave me a 400-day streak I never thought was possible."— Ryno, solo developer 🇿🇦 · Read the full story →
Generic push notifications don't change behaviour. High-voltage emotion does. Log a raw, unfiltered moment when you're truly motivated. When you start slipping, Flexi-Habit's AI Coach confronts you with your exact words — no fluff, no generic encouragement.
How Core Memories work →Every feature was built to solve a specific failure mode from 20 years of quitting.
| The Problem | Typical Apps | Flexi-Habit |
|---|---|---|
| "I can't do the full workout today" | Missed. Streak broken. | Log a Mini. Streak lives. |
| "Gym, run, or yoga — what counts?" | Rigid single-activity | Umbrella Focus — all count |
| "A bad week ruined my whole streak" | Start over from zero | 15-Day Sprints reset the clock |
| "I've lost my motivation again" | Generic push notification | AI reads your own Core Memory back |
| "I'm bored of ticking boxes" | No rewards system | Variable rewards hack your dopamine |
No rigid streaks. No guilt. Just a flexible system that adapts to your real life.
Set a broad goal like "Fitness" and log gym, tennis, or a walk — they all count. You're not locked into one activity, so a change of plan never becomes an excuse to quit.
How to set up →Log Mini, Plus, Hero, or Epic depending on what you actually did. Even the smallest effort earns points and keeps your streak alive. Doing something always beats doing nothing.
See the point system →You define the treats — scrolling social media, game time, a snack — and set the odds. The app randomly decides if you've earned them. Variable reward schedules are one of the most powerful dopamine triggers known to behavioural science.
Learn about rewards →The calendar highlights every logged effort in colour. Not a wall of grey missed days — a growing map of wins, big and small. You'll find yourself logging a Mini just to keep it colourful.
Flexi-Habit breaks your year into 15-day Sprints. Each Sprint you race your own historical average — your "Ghost." Lose a Sprint badly? A fresh start is never more than two weeks away. No more writing off the whole year after January.
Explore Sprints →🔥 You are +35 points ahead of your ghost!
A small app. But the people who found it cared enough to write.
I love the app. I think it has much much more potential. I actually tried to build my own habit tracking app and failed — too many bugs, too many dead ends. That's how I found Flexi-Habit, and honestly, I respect you a lot for pulling it off.
What I've noticed is missing in the market is a habit system that's flexible and adaptive, not just yes/no. With a few more rewarding features, this can be on another level.
I found your app from a post on Reddit and I think it's exactly what I'm looking for!
I'll keep using it and giving feedback. Thanks for creating something so useful!
"Honestly a pretty solid app. I downloaded it expecting another basic habit tracker but this one actually feels well thought out. The layout is clean, the progress tracking is satisfying, and I like that it doesn't make you feel guilty for missing a day here and there. The customization is probably my favourite part — you can set things up in a way that actually fits your life instead of forcing yourself into some hardcore productivity routine. Definitely deserves more attention."
