You have full control over what motivates you. You can define specific rewards and assign them to your Effort Levels (Mini, Plus, Hero, Epic).
A quick Mini effort might give you a chance to earn 15 minutes of guilt-free social media time. A grueling Epic effort might trigger a "Pizza Night" or "Go to the Movies" reward. You decide the treats!
Here is where the magic happens. For every custom reward you create, you get to adjust a sliding scale that determines how often that reward actually drops when you complete the habit.
Are you doing too many Minis? If you find yourself relying entirely on your Mini-level effort, you can slide the reward chance down to 20%. Now, you still keep your streak alive, but the dopamine hit of a reward is much rarer, encouraging you to push for a Plus or Hero effort tomorrow!
When you log your action for the day, the app calculates your odds based on the level you achieved. If you hit the jackpot, a celebratory pop-up will announce your unlocked reward.
